Jill is senior underwriting counsel at Sunset Crest Title. As a title industry member since 2006, Jill has vast experience in underwriting and closing all types of commercial transactions nationwide, including, but not limited to, single-site transactions, multi-site portfolio transactions, deeds-in-lieu, membership interest purchases, and more. Jill was previously senior underwriting counsel at First American. Her experience also includes escrow, settlement, and recording services. Admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York, Jill received a JD from Pace University School of Law and a BA from Stern College for Women.
